Griffin Realty Advisors targets acquisitions in the United States and focuses primarily on investing in existing income-producing properties where value may be enhanced. The firm's value-added approach of redeveloping and repositioning assets includes most commercial property including office, retail, hotel, industrial, multifamily and undeveloped land.

Mr. Ryan is the Managing Partner of Griffin Realty Advisors. As the founding partner of the Value Enhancement Funds ("VEF"), a series of six funds formed with Equitable Real Estate Investment Management in 1993, he managed them for over 13 years through subsequent partnerships with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and VEF Advisors. Mr. Ryan has managed over $5 Billion of commercial real estate investments for more than 20 years, in a broad range of property types and through multiple real estate cycles. Jamestown has over 25 years experience investing and managing real estate funds.
